1000 Series  - For Small Precision Parts

• Diameters from 5/16” - 1.00”  
• Working Lengths from 2.00” - 8.00”
• 2 End actuators for a smooth expansion deformation profile.
• Solid body with taper & ball expansion.
• Working area standardly available centered or offset for extra chucking material.

2000 Series - For Short Length Precision Parts

• Standard Diameters from 1/2”-3”
• Standard Working Lengths from 2”-8”
• Custom Lengths up to 60”
• 1 Side actuator for a consistent ramp shaped deformation profile.
• Solid body with single side actuated taper and ball actuation.

3000 Series - For Medium Precision Parts

• Diameters from 7/8” - 3.50”    
• Working Lengths from 4.00” - 20.00”
• 2 End actuators for a smooth expansion deformation profile.
• Solid body with 3-ball reduced friction expansion.
• Working area standardly available centered or offset for extra chucking material.

4000 Series - For Long Length to Diameter Ratio Precision Parts

• 4 Independent actuators for an extended smooth expansion deformation profile.
• Solid body with dual taper and ball expansion.

5000 Series - For Large Precision Parts

• Standard Working Lengths 8”,12” & 20”
